This week we have an absolutely FASCINATING discussion with our friend Chernoh on his unique perspective around American law enforcement. Born in Sierra Leone, Chernoh became passionate about law enforcement by seeing lawlessness first hand in the midst of civil war. Moving to the U.S. he pursued a career in policing and now teaches criminal justice here at VCU.
